This consent to the processing of personal data was originally drafted in the Czech language. While a translation into English is made available for convenience, it is not the official text. The Czech language version is the only authentic and legally binding instrument. In case of any dispute or conflict of interpretation, the original Czech version shall govern.

‍Only the personal data you provide to us will be processed to the extent and for the purpose for which it was submitted and provided.

‍The controller may process any data provided if consent has been given by the client or if it is needed to process the client's requests, for example for the following purposes:

• to ensure the resolution of customer requests/queries
• for security and technical reasons (combating SPAM, verifying requests, ensuring security)
• sending informational or marketing emails, if so authorized

The processing of personal data on the basis of this consent will only be for as long as is strictly necessary, in this case indefinitely, or until such time as this consent to processing is withdrawn. Personal data may be processed both automatically and manually and will not be passed on to other parties, unless this is necessary to fulfil the client's requirements, order or otherwise stated in this consent.
The Controller will make every effort to secure the personal data of the subjects. In the event of a data breach, the Controller will promptly notify both the subject and the Data Protection Authority.

‍The Controller and third parties, hereinafter referred to as "Processors", carry out data processing and comply with the principles of protection and security of your data and personal data. The Processors and Controller's persons shall only ever have access to data relevant to thetransaction/request and only for the time necessary to carry out the processing. ‍Data rights
‍The provision of this consent is voluntary and there is no legal obligation or penalty for not providing it. However, failure to provide it means that the controller cannot provide the services for which the personal data is needed.

The subject has rights over the data that is processed, in particular:

• To be informed of the processing of his or her data,
• to be forgotten (erasure of personal data, unless otherwise provided by law),
• to be able to request information on what data is stored in a machine-readable format,
• withdraw consent to data processing,
• have access to personal data,
• to rectification or completion,
• to restrict processing,
• to data portability,
• object,
• not to be subject to automated individual decision-making with legal or similar effects, including profiling,
• and other rights provided for by an EU regulation or regulation or other law of the Czech Republic.

Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data, request to be forgotten or other queries regarding personal data must be submitted in writing to the address of the controller (listed as the contact address on the contact page) or electronically by email to info@rampio.io with details that allow verification that this is the subject's request.

The revocation or deletion is valid from the date of receipt and will be processed as soon as possible within the technical possibilities of the controller. Personal data that must be kept for another legal basis or are necessary for the execution of obligations or contracts cannot be deleted as part of the request for erasure.
